The skill of Ranging is an incredible skill which allows you to attack monsters from long distances using various projectiles.
This gives you an advantage if you are fighting something that cannot use range or magic back against you, letting you hide behind an object and not get hit while your opponent is killed.
Currently, you have a choice of many different types of ranging equipment, such as a bow and arrows, a crossbow and bolts, throwing knives, darts, javelins, throwing axes, holy water, a dwarf cannon, and a dwarf hand cannon.
There are also creatures you can hunt to use as range weapons, such as chinchompas and salamanders.
